Prized football recruit Richardson signs with Tigers
Missouri football received some good news Wednesday as St. Louis native Sheldon Richardson signed a national letter of intent to attend MU.
The 6-4, 290 pound defensive lineman has played the last two seasons at the College of the Sequoias and is currently ranked the No. 3 junior college prospect.
Richardson was originally part of Missouri’s 2009 recruiting class but failed to qualify academically and ended up going to junior college. After continually reassuring the Tigers that he would end up at Missouri, Richardson reneged earlier this year, saying he had instead chosen the University of Southern California. However, Richardson committed with paperwork to Missouri Wednesday, the first day junior college players are able to sign.

This is good. Hope he plunges into Mizzou's awesome defense.
