Two Missouri football players cited for trespassing

Two MU football players were cited early Tuesday morning, one day after an assistant coach was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Safety Jarrell Harrison, a senior, was cited early Tuesday morning for trespassing, as was junior defensive tackle Dominique Hamilton, who was with him. The two were reportedly swimming at the Brookside Townhomes around 2 a.m. Tuesday when they were arrested by the Columbia Police Department.

Harrison was also arrested in June on suspicion of shoplifting at the Columbia Mall. He was suspended after that incident but was reinstated.

MU athletics spokesman Chad Moller said today that neither player has been suspended in connection to Tuesday's citations.
