Missouri upset No. 16 Texas A&M 38-31 (OT) on Saturday in College Station, Tex.

The signature win: Missouri (4-4, 2-3 Big 12 Conference) entered today with four losses to ranked teams, three in the form of comebacks falling short. Today, the Tigers completed a comeback, bouncing back from a 28-17 fourth quarter deficit, to notch their first win over a ranked opponent.

Long drought over: Missouri's victory was its first win in over a ranked team in a true road game since a 1997 victory over Oklahoma State.

The heavyweight: Today's matchup pitted Missouri's 13th-ranked rushing offense against Texas A&M's 5th-ranked rushing defense. Missouri won this battle, totaling 280 yards and three touchdowns on a defense that had only given up an average of 80 yards a game coming in. Missouri sophomore running back Henry Josey, the Big 12's leading rusher, led the way with 158 yards and a touchdown on 20 carries. MU sophomore quarterback James Franklin added 97 yards and two touchdowns on 24 carries.

The "O" in "Offense": Missouri and Texas A&M combined to put on quite the offensive display Saturday at Kyle Field. The two combined for 69 points and 982 yards of offense.

Tale of two halves: Texas A&M blew its third double-digit halftime lead of the season Saturday. The Aggies led 28-17 at the half and held that lead into the fourth quarter before Missouri's offense came alive. Missouri's defense gave its offense a chance to complete the comeback, allowing just three points in the second half after surrendering 28 in the first half. The defense also forced three second-half Aggie turnovers.

No Ressel: Missouri senior kicker Grant Ressel did not play today due to a hip flexer. Punter Trey Barrow took over the field goal and kickoff duties in addition to his punting role. Though he missed a 46-yard field goal attempt that would have won the game at the end of regulation, Barrow had a successful first day, nailing all five extra point attempts while cashing in on a 26-yard field goal.
