Missouri trails Cincinnati 39-28 at half

The Missouri Tigers trail the Cincinnati Bearcats 39-28 at halftime in the second round of the NCAA Tournament. Denmon leads the Tigers with 10 points and 6 rebounds.

Missouri got off to a hot start, hitting 4 of its first 7 shots. The Tigers went cold as the half progressed, and are currently shooting 28 percent (9-32) from the field.

On the other side, Cincinnati has been strong from the field thus far. The Bearcats are shooting 46 percent (14-30) and 3 of 7 from long range. Bearcat guard Cashmere Wright leads the team with 9 points and 3 assists.

Ricardo Ratliffe, Kim English and Steve Moore all have two fouls for the Tigers, while Rashad Bishop has 3 for the Bearcats.
