Terez Paylor of The Kansas City Star reported earlier Tuesday Missouri basketball senior guard Michael Dixon was accused of forcible rape Aug. 20.
No charges were filed due to a lack of evidence.
According to The Star, which cited a Columbia Police Department police report, the case was closed Nov. 16.
Dixon has been suspended for what Frank Haith has characterized as a violation of team rules since Oct. 26.
