Mizzou Athletics is taking precautions for fans attending Saturday's game against Murray State due to the projected temperatures into the upper 90s.
Fans can bring one, factory-sealed water bottle into the stadium. Water jugs will be available for refilling. The concession stands are also stocking up on more bottled water. For fans in need of relief, misting stations will be positioned throughout the concourses.
Additionally, cups of ice will be available for anyone who needs to cool down.
Fans can use the additional amenities once the gates open an hour before game time. Before then, athletics asked fans in a press release to take additional precautions such as seeking shade, avoiding excessive consumption of alcohol and using sunscreen.
