In 1979 Fleck joined the U.S. Army and spent 13 years in the service attaining the rank of Sgt. 1st Clas). He served tours in Germany, South Korea and Africa.
Experience
Since leaving the Army in 1992 Fleck has worked as a small business owner and a truck driver. In 2000 he ran for State Representative in the 138th District. Fleck is currently serving as Secretary of the Greene County Libertarian Party.
