Sandi Nelson of the Columbia Art League explains the concept of an 'art-cycle' to petitioner Rylin Harris during Bike Fest Wednesday at Lowry Mall. Nelson was promoting an art-cycle competition to bring art and cycling together in celebration of the 15th anniversary of Art in the Park.
