Campus buildings in need of renovation

A 2009 report from the Missouri Department of Higher Education identified Lafferre Hall, the Fine Arts Building and Strickland Hall as three of the most problematic buildings on the MU campus that have been affected by deferred maintenance. Due to the decrease in funding for higher education in recent years, college campuses have developed a backlog of deferred maintenance that continues to increase. Problematic areas in Lafferre Hall and the Fine Arts Building are featured.
