MU junior Adegbuyi Adekunle studies in Ellis Library. A student fee proposal will be entertained by the Missouri Students Association in February that would fund MU libraries. The student fee is estimated at 50 cents to $1 per credit hour, Director of Libraries Jim Cogswell said.
