Campus Facilities installed a new wooden condom dispenser in a Bingham Commons unisex bathroom shortly before winter break. It was made as an alternative to metal machines, which are custom made, making repairs costly and less timely.

Student and Auxiliary Services spokeswoman Michelle Froese said University Bookstore sales are down 5.7 percent from this point last year. Although TigerTech's sales of accessories and peripheral items, such as iPods, are up, clothing sales are down.

Legislation for a "textbook blitz" project was introduced by the Missouri Students Association Academic Affairs Committee on Wednesday night in Stotler Lounge. The project's goal is to reduce textbook prices for students by allowing the rental of books, guaranteed buyback and certain rebates.
