Police are investigating the vandalism of four cars and the theft of one car's contents on the SG-4 parking lot outside of the Hearnes Center. Four cars had broken windows and a Pioneer stereo, alarm system and CD container were stolen from a 1996 Dodge Intrepid. The stolen items were valued at $800 total.
Police are investigating the theft of an Apple iPod from the Student Recreation Complex between Dec. 13 and Dec. 16. The iPod is valued at $268.
Police are investigating the theft of a black wallet and its contents from Lewis Hall between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. The wallet is valued at $40 and contained two credit cards and $5 in cash.
Police are investigating the damage to a Nissan Maxima parked at 1026 Ashland Road between 2:30 and 7:57 a.m. The driver-side window was broken.

Police are investigating the theft of a burgundy Magna Equator bicycle from a bicycle rack near Laws Hall between noon and 7 p.m. The bicycle is valued at $75.
Police are investigating the theft of a stereo faceplate from a Jeep parked in the Hitt Street garage between Jan. 16 and Jan. 26. The faceplate is valued at $200.

Alex M. Onofrio, 21, of 3617 Pimlico Drive, on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane
Erick R. Ward, 20, of Defoe Hall, on suspicion of possession of alcohol by a minor
Benjamin J. Daugherty, 18, of O'Fallon, on suspicion of possession of alcohol by a minor

Damir Dervisbegovic, 19, of Hudson Hall, on suspicion of operating an unlicensed motor vehicle and providing false identification
