Police are investigating the theft of a debit card between noon on Sept. 15 and noon on Oct. 7.
Police are investigating a sexual assault at 305 S. Sixth Street that occurred on Oct. 12 between 9 p.m. and 9:05 p.m. A Clery release has already been sent out.

Ashley J. Woody, 19, of 3291 Old 63, on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of intoxicants by a minor, failure to maintain a single lane and possession of false identification
Brittany N. Rogers, 20, of 5053 Commercial Drive, on suspicion of possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of false identification
Charles G. Brown, 26, of 3807 Crocodile Drive, on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane
Scott A. Ross, 22, of 9 Old 63, on suspicion of driving while intoxicated
Rejilan S. McBride, 19, of 3909 Athens Court, on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver's license
Sunday, Oct. 14
Police are investigating damage to a red Mitsubishi Eclipse in the AV-14 parking lot that occurred between Oct. 7 at 3 p.m. and Oct. 13 at 3 p.m. The car's hood was keyed with racial slurs, and a confederate flag and swastikas were drawn with permanent markers.
Police are investigating reports of harassing phone calls at South residence hall on Oct. 14 between 8 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. The resident received numerous sexually graphic harassing phone calls and a text message.
