Police are investigating the theft of a purse taken from the second-floor study room of Ellis Library between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m. The purse contained a credit card holder, two credit cards, a Missouri driver's license, a checkbook and an Aigo video player. The purse is valued at $25, and the video player is valued at $500.

Friday, Feb. 16
Police are investigating the vandalism of a vehicle parked in the Virginia Avenue parking garage between 7:45 a.m. Feb. 15 and 2 p.m. Feb. 16. The car was parked on the second level of the garage near the northeast entrance. It was reported that the car had a three to four inch dent with white paint transfer near the front passenger side wheel well.

Saturday, Feb. 17
Police are investigating the theft of a MU wrestling team warm-up suit from the team's locker room at 700 E. Stadium Blvd. A team member saw that the gate on the main door had been unscrewed. It is not known where the suit was taken from or when it was taken. It is valued at $300.
Sunday, Feb. 18
Police are investigating the theft of medication and a hair straightener from a room in College Avenue Hall between 3 p.m. Feb. 16 and 6 p.m. Feb. 18. A student reported 40 Adderall capsules had been taken from a bottle on her desk. Her roommate's Chi hair straightener was also missing. The straightener is valued at $200.
