Police are investigating the theft of a purse from the Ellis Fischel Cancer Center between 11:30 a.m. and 9 p.m. Feb. 16. The brown leather purse contained $240.

David L. Shanks, 21, of 101 E. Green Meadows, on suspicion of stealing, fraudulent use of a credit device and forgery

Julie A. McClelland, 23, of 116 Fairview St., on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault
Friday, Feb. 23
Michael G. Mann, 23, of 78 N. Cedar Lake Drive, on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle in a careless manner
Sarah M. Clifton, 20, of 3910 Buttonwood, on suspicion of possession of alcohol by a minor and failure to produce identification upon demand by an authorized person
Bryan N. Okpala, 22, of 3217 Old 63, on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver's license and operating a motor vehicle in a careless manner
Saturday, Feb. 24
Police are investigating a report of burglary and theft in Gillett Hall between 4 a.m. and 1:47 p.m. The victim reported their wallet and an additional $480 had been stolen. The victim's roommate was also missing a white Apple iPod, a Hewlett-Packard Digital Camera and its charger. The wallet was valued at $20 and contained a debit card and a social security card. The iPod was valued at $350. The camera was valued at $450.

Sunday, Feb. 25
Police are investigating the vandalism of a vehicle parked in the north RC-15 parking lot near Mark Twain hall between 1:20 and 9 p.m. The left outside mirror had been broken off. Police believe the damage was inflicted by hand, not caused by another vehicle.
