Police are investigating the theft of a cell phone from an office at Columbia Regional Hospital between 1 and 3:15 p.m. The silver Sprint flip-style phone was reported stolen from a desk. It is valued at $150.

Sunday, Feb. 4
Police are investigating the theft of a laptop computer and carrying case from the General Classroom Building between 5:30 p.m. Feb. 3 and 5:30 p.m. Feb. 4. The Dell laptop was reported missing from room 217, which was reportedly secured overnight. The laptop was valued at $2,000, and the carrying case was valued at $40.
Police are investigating the theft of a laptop computer from Laws Hall between 2 a.m. and 11 a.m. The black Dell computer was valued at $1,500.
