Police are investigating the theft of a jacket and its contents between 6:30 and 7:30 p.m. from the Student Recreation Complex. The black Express jacket was left near the basketball courts and contained a Samsung cell phone and a black Dockers wallet. The wallet contained $46 in cash, a driver's license and a debit card. The jacket is valued at $45, and the cell phone is valued at $20.

Christopher M. Arb, 20, of 3910 Buttonwood Drive, on suspicion of fraudulent use of a disabled person's license
Curtis J. Steinlage, 18, of 850 Kersting Road, on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of false identification and possession of alcohol by minor
Maxwell T. Neal, 19, of Springfield, Ill., on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of false identification and possession of alcohol by a minor
