Police are investigating a report of tampering in Gillett Hall at approximately 4:05 a.m. A fire extinguisher had been deployed in the residence hall.
Police are investigating the vandalism of the Geology Building between 5 p.m. April 13 and 7:25 a.m. April 16. A 3-feet by 3-feet rabbit was painted in black on the west side of the building.
Police are investigating the theft of an Apple iPod and an armband from the Tom Taylor building between 7:30 and 8 p.m. April 16. The black iPod Nano and a black-and-red armband were taken from a desk. The iPod is valued at $200 and the armband is valued at $20.
Police are investigating the burglary of a room in Discovery Hall and the theft of items from inside between 11:45 a.m. and 1 p.m. April 16. Three residents reported missing personal items including seven books, 26 polo T-shirts, three pairs of tennis shoes, a Microsoft Xbox game system, a Hewlett Packard Lance Armstrong Edition laptop and several Xbox games. The items are valued at a total of $2,183.
Wednesday, April 18
Police are investigating the theft of an iPod vehicle adaptor, a jacket, cologne and $178 in cash from a vehicle parked in the Virginia Avenue parking garage between 4:30 p.m. April 15 and 8:15 p.m. April 17. The driver's side door was found unlocked and undamaged. The missing items are valued at $182 total.
