Little Big Free moved to Hearnes

Today's Little Big Free music festival has been moved to the Hearnes Center.

According to documents received under the Missouri Sunshine Law, Missouri Students Association's Department of Student Activities plans to spend $20,000 on the music festival.

The entertainment acts for the festival totaled $6,200. DSA contracted the headliner of the festival,

Conya Doss, for $4,200 in addition to four hotel rooms and local ground transportation.

The Foundry Field Recordings will be paid $1,500 for performing at the event, and DSA contracted the Videology presentation for $500.

According to the Facebook.com Little Big Free event page, other activities at the event include "free food, drinks, condoms, Sno-Cones, funnel cakes, t-shirts, balloon animals, tie-dye and a graffiti wall.

It is not known how the other $13,800 will be spent on the other activities.

DSA Director Nick Trusty could not be reached for comment.
