Police are investigating the vandalism of a vehicle in HSC-2 parking lot between 9 p.m. July 6 and 12:39 p.m. July 7.

The lower portion of the passenger side windshield was cracked, and there was a dent in the passenger side of the fender.

Lance E. Bialczyk, 19, 1201 Pahin St., on suspicion of theft



Police are investigating fraudulent use of a disabled person's license at 1:40 p.m. The vehicle was towed. Police have a suspect who has

not been arrested.
