Police are investigating an incident of vandalism in the Hitt Street parking garage that occurred between 4 p.m. on Sept. 13 and 7 a.m. on Sept. 14. The indecipherable tag was painted on the two doors leading into storage on the first floor. Three other tags were found on the fifth and sixth stairwells. Police do not yet know what the tags mean.
Police are investigating an incident of vandalism in the northern entrance of Ellis Library between 2 a.m. on Sept. 16 and 6 a.m. on Sept. 17.
Police found graffiti just inside the entrance of the library by the Missouri Historical Society. The graffiti consisted of two red designs in spray paint. One resembled a combination of a star, an arrow and zigzags to create either a "Z" or "W," and the second stated, "If your is water, you are a diaphanous. Drop" and was signed "PAZ."

Joshua J. Frelich, 19, of 901 Hitt St., on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and possession of alcohol by a minor
Tuesday, SEPT.18
Police are investigating the theft of a bike between 4 p.m. on Sept. 15 and 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 18. The bike was taken from the bike rack on the west side of Engineering Building East. The female mountain bike has black handlebars and a metallic blue body. The bike is valued at $400.
