THURSDAY, Jan. 24 Police are investigating the theft of a Schwinn High Plains Mountain bike from the rack outside Laws residence hall between noon Dec. 15, 2007 and 8 a.m. Jan. 15. The bike, which has a red and white seat, was not licensed or registered. The bike is valued at $200.
Police are investigating damage to a vehicle on the sixth floor of the Maryland Avenue parking garage between 10:30 a.m. and 10:40 p.m. Jan. 23. A scratch between six and eight inches long was reported near the driver’s side door.

Katherine V. Morgan, 19, of 915 Richmond Ave., on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive within a single lane
SATURDAY, Jan. 26
Police are investigating the break-in at the Subway at T.A. Brady’s between 12:30 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. Jan. 26. Pry marks were visible on the building’s front doors. Nothing was reported missing.
