Millay's run struggling to gain momentum

In the 9th U.S. Congressional District, Tamara Millay is running on behalf of the Libertarian Party.
Millay, who was born in Springfield, Ill., has been a candidate for several offices in Missouri, including the U.S. 2nd Congressional District in 2006 and the 9th District in 2004. She also ran for U.S. Senate in 2000.
Millay is running heavily against the Iraq war and reducing the size and scope of the federal government.
She was elected as the Greendale City Marshal in Greendale in 2004. She has also been an officer in the St. Louis County Libertarian party since 1996.
Millay did not return calls requesting comment.
