Man robbed near Holiday House Apartments
He was robbed after picking up two men who were along the side of the road.

At approximately 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, a man was robbed after giving to men a ride home.
According to a Columbia Police Department news release, the victim, a 22-year-old male, was driving his vehicle north on Fairview Road approaching Broadway Avenue. He stopped to give two men a ride as they were heading in the same direction.
The victim said he was driving on Ash Street near Heather Lane when one of the males pointed a gun at his head and demanded everything from the victim's pockets, according to the release. The victim complied with the suspect, and gave the man all of the money in his pocket.
The suspects then told the victim to stop his car on Ash Street between Heather Lane and Stadium Boulevard.
According to the release, the suspects ran southbound into the Holiday House Apartments located at 111 N. Stadium Blvd. Police are unsure whether the suspects live at this location.
The victim described the gunman as a black male with a light complexion, 18-20 years old, a thin build and close-shaved hair. He was last seen wearing a light blue sweater. He had a black semi-automatic handgun, according to the release.
The victim was not injured.
