Students compete for Iron Chef title

Sophomore Mike Barcroft describes the first course served by his team, the Caribbean Jerks, to the judges at the Iron Chef Mizzou ‘08 competition on Thursday in Brady Commons. The five teams had one hour to prepare at least two dishes, each of which had to feature a citrus fruit.

Tiger Thyme team members Lauren Hellmann, Adam Stanek and Adam Fishbein accept their first-place golden spatula awards at the end of the Iron Chef Mizzou ‘08 competition Thursday in Brady Commons. The Residence Halls Association and Campus Dining Services co-sponsored the event as part of RHA Week.
