A motor vehicle collision left one person injured around 6:58 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of College Avenue and Rollins Street.
MUPD Capt. Brian Weimer said one victim was listed as having an evident injury.
Columbia Fire Department Battalion Chief Gary Warren said the collision took place close to the northeast corner, with one car rolled on its side.
The collision involved two vehicles, one of which was a blue 2005 Ford. MUPD listed the second vehicle as a white 2000 Ford. The Columbia Fire Department listed it as a white Toyota.
Warren said the driver of the white car refused medical treatment on the scene, and the driver of the Ford “was complaining of hip and back soreness.”
The driver of the blue Ford was transported to University Hospital. The state of the driver is unknown.
