Thursday, March 27 Police are investigating the theft of a purse from the Professional Building between 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. on March 27. The Coach brand cream purse was left in an unlocked office and contained a Samsung A640 cell phone, a Visa debit card, a checkbook, a drivers license, a burgundy wallet containing $5, three house keys and a car key. The purse is valued at $300, the cell phone at $100 and the wallet at $5.
