Thursday, April 3 Police are investigating the pulling of a fire alarm in McDavid Hall at 3:06 a.m. on April 3. Two male subjects were seen at the alarm on the hall’s first floor.
Friday, April 4 Luke M. Fagan, 20, of 2900 S. Old Highway 63, on suspicion of first degree trespassing and theft
Jonathon M. Rendine, 21, of Center Hall, on suspicion of vandalism
Saturday, April 5 Police are investigating several acts of vandalism on campus between 3 p.m. on April 4 and 10:12 a.m. on April 5. A concrete trashcan was pushed over on the west side of Lowry Mall, and another was pushed over by the west entrance of Ellis Library. A third outside Noodles & Company was also pushed over. In addition, two banners outside the Student Success Center were damaged; one was ripped at the seaming and hung upside down and the second was missing. A bike rack on the east side of the Student Success Center was vandalized with spray paint. Also, a black hydration hose outside Memorial Union was pulled up and left on the sidewalk, but nothing appeared to be missing.

David J. Mayer, 20, of 2900 S. Old Highway 63, on suspicion of first-degree trespassing and theft
Matthew S. Cullen, 19, of Stafford Hall, on suspicion of first-degree trespassing
Stephen M. Lemlek, 19, of Stafford Hall, on suspicion of first-degree trespassing
Eric T. Beleck, 20, of 2900 S. Old Highway 63, on suspicion of first-degree trespassing
