Members of the Missouri State Water Patrol's S.W.A.T. team wait for the signal to enter a building at the Kemper Military School in Boonville during a training scenario on Thursday. S.W.A.T. teams from across central Missouri practiced four scenarios as part of a two-day training session.
S.W.A.T. teams from several mid-Missouri cities including Columbia joined together with the Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Federal Bureau of Investigation to form the Central Missouri Tactical Officer's Association. The group conducted its second annual regional training on Wednesday and Thursday at the Kemper Military School in Boonville.
