The robbery occurred on the 1200 block of Elleta Boulevard at approximately 8:59 p.m., according to a CPD news release. The victim, a 20-year-old man from Columbia, had just made a delivery to a residence in the Columbia Section 8 Public Housing on the 1200 block of Elleta Boulevard, when he was approached by two men, the news release stated.
