Columbians use Moo-Dah Parade as an excuse to get silly

A variety of characters set off at the start of the Moo-Dah Parade on Cherry Street on Saturday afternoon. The parade began in Flat Branch Park, made a loop around downtown Columbia and ended back in the park.
