Council unanimously expands cyclist harassment ordinance

Mayor Darwin Hindman listens to staff objections about a proposed amendment to a bike, pedestrian and wheelchair road safety ordinance Monday in the Daniel Boone Building. The amendment was approved and a special team will report back to City Council at a later date to discuss further changes.
