Police officers found six bags of crack cocaine, among other items, during another search or a residence at the Gatehouse Apartments complex on Wednesday.
Police also found Tiffany L. Foster, 23, and Davon A. Rucker, 21, both residents of 2401 W. Broadway, apartment No. 712. They also found Daron M. Peal, 21, a Columbia resident, at the apartment.
Peal was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, according to a news release from the Columbia Police Department. Rucker and Foster were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance.
Peal was also arrested Jan. 23 on charges of suspicion of receiving stolen property, possession of a concealable firearm and felony child endangerment.
Members of the SWAT team served the warrant as the result of an investigation conducted by the Major Crimes Unit.
In addition to the six bags of crack cocaine found during the search, police found digital scales containing cocaine residue and $4,055 in cash in one of the bedrooms.
Police think this search is related to a search conducted at Gatehouse Apartments late last month.
"We have some of the same individuals that were arrested in each one," CPD Sgt. Brian Richenberger said. "We've got some of the players involved conducting some of the same activity."
Richenberger said police have received complaints about Gatehouse Apartments and might continue to monitor the apartments.
