Greek Fling offers a new take on evil

The production team performs a dance to commence the Greek Week flings Wednesday in Jesse Hall. All proceeds from Greek Week activities and service projects supported eight local beneficiaries.

The Gingerbread Man, played by Hillary Overfelt of Delta Gamma sorority, leaps in the air after stealing the wand of the Fairy Godmother in the skit 'Farquuad's Folley,' performed by Delta Gamma sorority, Sigma Nu fraternity and Sigma Chi fraternity Wednesday in Jesse Hall. Sororities were paired up with two fraternities and assigned an evil character to write a skit about, telling the tale of why they were evil or misunderstood.

Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity and Pi Beta Phi sorority team up to tell the story of Captain Hook's demise in 'Hook is Not a Crook' Tuesday night in Jesse Hall.

Members of Chi Omega sorority and Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity perform 'A Big, Fat, Bug Wedding' on Thursday in Jesse Auditorium. The skit advanced to the finals competition, which will be held Saturday.

Alpha Chi Omega sorority, Alpha Kappa Lambda fraternity and Beta Sigma Psi fraternity perform 'Gaston' on Thursday, a twist on 'Beauty and the Beast' in which Gaston is turned into a ladies' man to win over Belle.
