Missouri legislators propose tax changes

The H&R Block office on Elm Street has been closed since tax season ended last week. Several bills have been proposed in the Missouri legislature that would eliminate state income and corporate taxes while expanding the sales tax. The changes could reduce the need for tax preparing business such as H&R Block.
