For the second straight year, Michael Phelps will not swim in the Missouri Grand Prix.
Phelps, along with two other U.S. National Team members, won't be able to make it to Columbia this weekend to due to inclement in the Northeast, Student Recreation Complex spokeswoman Emily Bach confirmed Thursday afternoon.
The two other national team members are Elizabeth Pelton and Felicia Lee. Bach said a team from Canada and a team from New Jersey will also be unable to make the meet due to weather.

Phelps, Pelton and Lee are all members of the North Baltimore Aquatic Club.

U.S. National Team members will be participating at the meet, including Olympic gold medalist Ryan Lochte and Olympians Eric Shanteau, Garrett Weber-Gale and Chloe Sutton.
Admission for prelims and the Monday session is $10. All finals admissions are $15, and an all-session pass is $60.
