  1. Flasher arrested on College Avenue

Officers responded to a report of indecent exposure Thursday afternoon.

A white male was walking down College Avenue wearing nothing but black socks and a black backpack, MU Police Department spokesman Brian Weimer said.

William Wilson, 19, was arrested on charges of indecent exposure. There is no evidence to suggest he was intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances at the time of arrest.

  1. Woman arrested after throwing books at victim

Police arrested Stephanie Ann Jolley, 23, at 1:05 p.m. Friday at her residence at 1106 College Ave. Jolley was accused of assaulting a male victim by punching him in the face as well as throwing books at him, according to police. She and the victim were living together. Jolley was charged with third-degree domestic assault.

  1. Man arrested for public urination

An 18-year-old man was arrested Friday afternoon after urinating on the outside of a locked men’s bathroom door at Dobbs Pavilion.

Reports say Jordan Emmer was leaning against the wall while talking on his cell phone as he defaced the building, according to MUPD police reports.

Police did not make contact at the time of the incident, so it isn’t known if Emmer was under the influence at the time.

Emmer is facing charges of public nuisance and tampering.

  1. Man taken into custody on drug distribution charge

MUPD arrested an 18-year-old man early Sunday morning on the east side of Wolpers Hall near the loading dock.

David Wilson was found in possession of Adderall, a psychostimulant drug used to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, according to MUPD police reports.

Wilson was charged with distribution of a controlled substance near a school, specifically a sale synthetic/manufactured drug.

After police made the arrest, Wilson was transported to Boone County Jail. Wilson was later released on a $4,500 bond.

  1. Two caught fighting over stolen umbrella

Early Sunday morning, police arrived to find two subjects on the ground at the intersection of Rollins Street and Virginia Avenue.

The pair was quarreling in the street, one pinning the other to the ground. When police arrived, they were not actively fighting.

Both were visibly intoxicated.

They were arguing over a nearby umbrella, Weimer said.

The umbrella in question was taken from one of the dining tables at the MU Student Center.

Frank Dawson, 18, was arrested on charges of stealing and the purchase or possession of intoxicants by a minor.
