The Missouri Students Association worked with student government organizations at Stephens College and Columbia College to host the event, which gave children in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program a place to spend time with their mentors.

Pulitzer Prize-winning music critic Tim Page speaks about growing up with Asperger Syndrome on Monday in Memorial Union. Mr. Page offered advice to those with Asperger’s Syndrome and said, “keep looking for that driftwood that can keep you afloat.”

Sophomore Tanner Tucker pumps up the STRIPES team by jumping through a massive plastic cup tower at the STRIPES house Saturday. Later that night, Tucker answered phone calls and dispatched drivers to pick-up people around Columbia.

Burnt debris and a foundation are all that remain after an explosion happened at 308 McNab Drive. Officials suspect that the explosion was a result of a gas leak at the house.

Junior Leah Fowler leads a tour group of prospective students toward Brady Commons on Monday. The university is increasing recruiting efforts to counter a national decline in high school graduation rates.
