MU student dies in Stadium motorcycle crash
The fatal accident occurred at about 12:15 p.m. Friday.

MU student Tyler Romaker died following a motorcycle crash at the intersection of Highway 63 North and Stadium Boulevard. He was 22.
At about 12:14 p.m., Romaker, who was riding a 2008 Suzuki motorcycle, crashed into a 2004 Dodge Dakota that had failed to yield when turning left in front of him onto Highway 63, according to a news release from the Columbia Police Department.
The driver of the truck, MU sophomore Abilene Gatson, was uninjured. Romaker was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries where he was pronounced dead.
Romaker was wearing a helmet. Neither driver was thought to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Romaker, a native of Warrenton, Missouri, was in the ROTC program, Marching Mizzou and Delta Chi fraternity.
